A half-day session for parish staff. Before we can ask the parish to move, the leadership must be aligned. I will travel to you for a half-day retreat with your Pastor, key staff, and council.
We listen first: We discuss your specific struggles, your neighborhood’s demographics, and your parish’s history.
We simplify: We identify the "bottlenecks"—the subtle habits that are driving people away—and create a plan to remove them.

A one-night event for your parishioners.
I speak to their hearts about the importance of their parish family.
I gently challenge the "consumer" mindset and invite them into "co-responsibility" for the Church.
The Goal: To wake up the "sleeping giant" of the laity, moving them from passive observers to active participants.
Ongoing Support
Real change takes time. When the excitement of the initial visit fades, real life happens. That is why I don't just visit and vanish.
We will hold quarterly video calls for 12 months.
We will troubleshoot new challenges, celebrate victories, and adjust our course as needed.
The Goal: Accountability and encouragement to ensure you actually see the fruit of your labor.
